Key Responsibilities

• Global Payroll & India Payroll Management:

• Manage monthly payroll cycles across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• India Payroll Expertise:

• Independently handle end-to-end India payroll, including TDS, PF, ESI, gratuity, and labour compliance.

• Expatriate & Local Employee Processing:

• Ensure accurate payroll processing for both national and expatriate employees, including tax equalization, social security obligations, and mobility policies.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with external payroll providers, finance, HRBPs, and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.

• Data Integrity & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR), and support audits and reconciliations.

• Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement payroll process improvements and automation opportunities for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

• Reporting:

• Generate periodic payroll reports and dashboards for finance and HR leadership, highlighting key insights and variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

• Familiarity with international payroll platforms such as ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of global payroll compliance, tax structures, and social contributions.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in payroll (e.g., FPC, CPP, or IPPM) is a plus.
