Job Description

As a TS VTH Global Mobility Associate at EY, you will be a part of Talent Services (TS) which is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization. Your role will involve providing HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Global Mobility, and Performance Management support to EY member firms. You will deliver consistent, high-quality, and operationally efficient HR transactional services through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Attending to HR mobility-related functional inquiries/requests/activities as assigned - Ensuring all tasks/projects are processed, documented, and delivered within defined SLAs and quality standards - Responding to customer needs and inquiries, exercising good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines - Following through on commitments, effectively prioritizing assignments, and identifying barriers and issues to process specialist/lead - Participating in performance management and development plan activities - Identifying potential areas for process improvements and making recommendations - Assisting with GDS initiatives and other projects as assigned - Following GDS organizational policies and processes **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree, preference given to those with HR Specialization - Minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in HR or a related field In addition to your responsibilities, you will need to have good communication, interpersonal, and customer orientation skills. You should be able to work effectively with the team and with stakeholders via calls and emails. Displaying a positive attitude, meeting challenges with an open mind, and demonstrating commitment to the job are essential. You should possess good organization, analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise judgment in day-to-day work activities. Flexibility, dependability, and willingness to adjust work schedules as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements are key attributes for success in this role.
