Job Description

Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating international assignments.
Support visa and immigration documentation processes.
Maintain accurate records of employee mobility data.
Liaise with internal teams (HR, payroll, legal, finance, travel) and external vendors (immigration consultants, relocation providers, attorneys).
Help prepare assignment letters, cost estimates, and mobility reports.
Respond to employee queries
Track assignment timelines, visa expirations, and compliance requirements.
Participate in global mobility policy reviews and updates.
Conduct visa and assignment briefing and orientation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.

Strong interest in global HR, international mobility, or immigration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
