Global Marketing Intelligence Analyst

As part of the Product marketing - Market intelligence team, you will collect, analyze, and interpret market and competitor data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business growth for CEVA Logistics.

Key Accountabilities

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

1. Market Research & Analysis:

   Conduct comprehensive market research (quantitative and qualitative) to understand industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and market opportunities in targeted sectors/ Offer segment /product.

2. Competitive Intelligence :

   Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor strategies, offerings, and positioning to support sales, product marketing, and product development teams.

3. Customer and Segment Insights:

   Develop deep insights into key customer segments by analyzing data from CRM systems, surveys, and external databases to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.

4. Reporting & Dashboarding :

   maintain regular intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

5. Data Management & Tools

   : Ensure the accuracy and reliability of market intelligence databases and use Power BI and Excel for analysis and visualization.

• Work in close relationship with market intelligence , product marketing & BD & Product team

Education & Qualifications

Business school /strategic marketing

Experience

5 years’ experience in Strategic marketing

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

• English fluent
• Transport & Logistics knowledge is a plus
• Any other languages is a plus

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

• Strong analytical storytelling ability – able to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of curiosity and proactivity in seeking insights and asking the right questions
