Major accountabilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and governance activities for EAS, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and compliance standards.
Oversee strategic vendor management for EAS vendors, including selection, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
Manage license inventory, utilization, and optimization, ensuring cost-effective and compliant use of technology assets.
Liaise with finance, procurement, and TMO to ensure effective coordination and alignment of operational processes.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.
Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including financial performance, vendor effectiveness, and license utilization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and outcomes.
Support internal reviews, ensuring readiness and adherence to relevant standards.
Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation.
Key performance indicators:
Accuracy and timeliness of financial planning and reporting

Vendor performance and relationship management metrics
License utilization and compliance rates
Efficiency of operational processes and controls

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience and Skills:
10+ years of experience in financial planning, vendor management, or operational excellence.
Proven track record in managing financial processes, vendor relationships, and license inventories in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of operational governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
Experience liaising with finance, procurement, and technology management functions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate operational objectives into actionable strategies and processes.
Experience with digital tools for financial and operational management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Languages:
Fluent English (spoken and written).
