Global Lead, EAS Operational Excellence

Major accountabilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and governance activities for EAS, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and compliance standards.

• Oversee strategic vendor management for EAS vendors, including selection, performance monitoring, and relationship management.

• Manage license inventory, utilization, and optimization, ensuring cost-effective and compliant use of technology assets.

• Liaise with finance, procurement, and TMO to ensure effective coordination and alignment of operational processes.

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.

• Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including financial performance, vendor effectiveness, and license utilization.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and outcomes.

• Support internal reviews, ensuring readiness and adherence to relevant standards.

• Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, vendor management, or operational excellence.

• Proven track record in managing financial processes, vendor relationships, and license inventories in enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of operational governance, risk management, and compliance standards.

• Experience liaising with finance, procurement, and technology management functions.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to translate operational objectives into actionable strategies and processes.

• Experience with digital tools for financial and operational management.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Languages:

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
