Global Lead, EAS Operational Excellence

In this role as the Financial Planning and Operations Manager for EAS, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, and governance activities to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance standards. Additionally, you will oversee strategic vendor management for EAS vendors, manage license inventory, utilization, and optimization, and collaborate with various departments to drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and governance activities for EAS - Oversee strategic vendor management for EAS vendors - Manage license inventory, utilization, and optimization - Liaise with finance, procurement, and TMO for effective coordination - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls - Monitor and report on key operational metrics - Drive continuous improvement initiatives - Support internal reviews and adherence to standards - Collaborate with stakeholders for operational improvements and innovation Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in financial planning, vendor management, or operational excellence - Proven track record in managing financial processes, vendor relationships, and license inventories - Strong understanding of operational governance, risk management, and compliance standards - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline Please note that Fluent English (spoken and written) proficiency is required for this role.,
