Job Description

Role Overview: As a Financial Planning and Governance Lead for EAS, your main responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and governance activities to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance standards. You will also be responsible for managing strategic vendor relationships, license inventory, utilization, and optimization. Your role will involve liaising with various departments to coordinate operational processes, develop operational policies and controls, monitor key metrics, drive continuous improvements, and support internal reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and governance activities for EAS - Oversee strategic vendor management, including selection, performance monitoring, and relationship management - Manage license inventory, utilization, and optimization - Liaise with finance, procurement, and TMO for effective coordination of operational processes - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and controls - Monitor and report on key operational metrics - Drive continuous improvement initiatives - Support internal reviews and ensure adherence to standards - Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders for operational improvements and innovation Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in financial planning, vendor management, or operational excellence - Proven track record in managing financial processes, vendor relationships, and license inventories - Strong understanding of operational governance, risk management, and compliance standards - Experience liaising with finance, procurement, and technology management functions - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams - Ability to translate operational objectives into actionable strategies - Experience with digital tools for financial and operational management Additional Details: The company requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is also necessary for this role.,
