We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Manager to design, manage, and execute our global compensation programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective to total rewards, ensuring alignment with business goals, market competitiveness, and global consistency while enabling local flexibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement global compensation strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and competitive analyses to ensure fair and competitive pay structures.
Design and manage performance-linked pay programs, incentive plans, and annual compensation review cycles.
Establish global frameworks and policies ensuring equity, compliance, and transparency across regions.
Support leadership teams in designing executive and sales incentive structures, including long-term incentive plans (LTIPs).
Leverage data to provide insights, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders across geographies to ensure alignment and execution.
Ensure adherence to local laws, taxes, and regulatory requirements in all countries of operation.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with exposure to global or regional roles.
Proven track record in end-to-end compensation program management.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel, data modelling, and compensation tools.
Expertise in market benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation frameworks.
Experience with global mobility, executive compensation, or consulting background is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or HR certification (e. g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
