₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, driven, and highly motivated Global Business Development Manager to spearhead our global sales initiatives. This role is not limited to packaging sales — you will have the freedom to explore and drive any business opportunity that makes sense and delivers value. You should be comfortable working independently, leveraging technology and AI for lead generation, and building long-term relationships with international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international sales & marketing strategies across multiple sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in packaging and beyond.
  • Use technology, CRM tools, and AI-driven platforms to generate high-quality leads and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify high-potential buyers, distributors, and partners.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with international clients.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and closures with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Stay updated with global market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, enhancing brand reputation globally.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4–7 years preferred) in international sales & marketing, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong data analysis & research skills to identify the right buyers and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead generation platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-driven sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to explore opportunities beyond core products.
  • Highly passionate, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Based in Delhi NCR only (mandatory).
