Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Business Development
Manager (BDM) to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand our global footprint. The BDM
will be instrumental in establishing strong international partnerships, forming startup
subsidiaries, securing venture capital, and delivering high-impact business solutions to clients
worldwide. This is a high-ownership role ideal for professionals who thrive in cross-functional,
fast-paced environments with a passion for aerospace innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Reseller Network Expansion
Identify, engage, and onboard global resellers to increase market penetration
and product accessibility.
Joint Venture & Strategic Alliances
Source and evaluate JV opportunities to support expansion goals and foster
collaborative growth.
Startup Subsidiary Formation
Lead the launch and operational setup of international startup subsidiaries
aligned with Garuda Aerospace’s business roadmap.
Venture Capital Outreach
Build and manage relationships with VC firms and investors to support
financing of strategic initiatives and innovation programs.
Client Solutions & Pitching
Craft and present compelling proposals addressing client-specific business
challenges, driving adoption of aerospace solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in business development, partnership
management, or venture relations—preferably in aerospace, technology, or B2B
industries
- Demonstrated success in forming global partnerships and scaling international
operations
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel internationally and work across time zones

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
