We are looking for passionate and driven Field Sales Executives to join our team and grow our brand presence in retail, corporate gifting, and direct customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new retail outlets, corporate clients, and distributors to onboard them with Cherry Merry products.
• Actively pitch Cherry Merry products, explaining features and benefits to potential clients.
• Drive B2B and B2C sales, including festive hampers and subscription products.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure visibility of products at retail counters and gifting outlets.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
• Represent Cherry Merry at events, exhibitions, and marketing activations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience:
• 0–2 years of field sales experience (FMCG or food industry preferred).
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
• Language: Fluency in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus).
• Two-wheeler & valid license required.

Pay: ₹10,785.39 - ₹15,000.00 per month
