We’re Hiring: Technical Manager – Geotechnical Engineering

Landchester Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Manager with 3+ years of experience in geotechnical investigations and testing. If you have a strong background in managing site investigations, lab testing, and compliance processes, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead geotechnical site investigations and assessments with high accuracy and efficiency✅ Supervise laboratory and field testing (soil & rock testing, pile integrity evaluation, dynamic pile load tests, etc.)✅ Review and prepare detailed geotechnical investigation reports✅ Oversee operation & maintenance of advanced testing equipment (triaxial apparatus, direct shear, Soil UCS, etc.)✅ Manage NABL documentation, compliance, and audits✅ Ensure accuracy and quality of data recording & analysis✅ Implement and maintain safety standards in lab & field operations✅ Collaborate with clients & internal teams to meet project requirements and timelines✅ Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the team

What We’re Looking For:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in geotechnical investigations/testing2. Strong leadership & project management skills3. Knowledge of NABL processes and compliance4. Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
