Generative AI Architect

Job Title: Azure OpenAI Architect Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 8+ Years Department: Artificial Intelligence / Cloud Solutions Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Azure OpenAI Architect to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across multiple domains, including intelligent chatbots and AI-enhanced enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), generative AI technologies, and expertise in Azure AI services. You will lead initiatives to integrate general-purpose AI models—text, audio, images, or video—into scalable and reliable systems. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement GenAI solutions aligned with business goals. Design, develop, train, test, and validate AI models to meet performance and reliability standards. Deploy GenAI systems using OpenAI models, open-source LLMs (Llama 2, Mistral, etc.), and frameworks like LangChain and Pandas. Build scalable AI applications using Transformer/Neural Network models, Vector/Graph Databases, and LLMs. Create robust data pipelines using Azure services such as Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services. Integrate speech-to-text functionality and advanced UI/UX for chatbot interfaces using native Azure tools. Manage and monitor AI deployments through Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory policies related to AI technologies. Stay current with the latest developments in Azure AI, cloud infrastructure, and GenAI innovations. Share best practices, mentor team members, and promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation. Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years focused on AI engineering and solution architecture. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record of designing and delivering successful GenAI solutions. Strong hands-on experience with the Azure Cloud Platform and services such as: Azure OpenAI Azure AI Search Azure Document Intelligence Azure Speech and Vision APIs Familiarity with open-source LLMs and frameworks like LangChain, Pandas, etc. In-depth understanding of Transformer architectures and Neural Networks. Expertise with Vector/Graph databases and semantic search. Python programming proficiency is a must. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
