Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and growth of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, operational management, and ensuring that the company’s goals and objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. The GM provides direction to all departments and ensures alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure competitive positioning.

2. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and resources across departments.
  • Establish and enforce policies that promote company culture, vision, and operational success.

3. Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Ensure financial sustainability through cost control, profitability analysis, and revenue growth.
  • Review financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.

4. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, motivate, and develop senior managers and department heads.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adequate staffing, training, and performance management systems are in place.

5. Stakeholder Relations

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and shareholders.
  • Represent the company at public events, business meetings, and industry functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

6. Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and diversification.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and strategic alliances.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
