General Manager

As a General Manager at our premium business class hotel in Calicut, your primary role will be to lead a passionate team and ensure the highest level of guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily hotel operations to maintain excellence in guest experience. - Leading and motivating teams across all departments. - Managing budgets, P&L, and revenue strategies effectively. - Driving sales and marketing initiatives to enhance business growth. - Ensuring brand standards, safety, and regulatory compliance are maintained. - Building strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - A proven track record in managing 3 or 4-star business hotels. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Hands-on experience in revenue management and operations. - Excellent guest service orientation and local market knowledge. If you have a degree or diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management, or an MBA in Hospitality/Business Administration, along with over 10 years of experience in hotel management including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, permanent position.
