Resturant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Restaurant Manager with 8+ years in the food and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, managing diverse teams, and knowledgeable in conditional food standards—including dietary requirements, food allergies, and hygiene protocols.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Lead and inspire the service and kitchen team to deliver high performance
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Oversee stock management, supplier coordination, and inventory control
• Monitor staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations
• Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Support marketing initiatives and seasonal menu planning
• Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and professional ambiance at all times

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in restaurant/hospitality management
