Role Summary

You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the company, ensure all departments work smoothly and effectively, help develop and execute business strategies, manage budgets and teams, and help achieve our growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational functions across departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR, customer service).
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor financial performance: manage budgets, control costs, analyse results and take corrective actions.
• Set performance targets and KPIs, track progress and drive accountability.
• Hire, train, mentor and develop team members; build a high‑performing, motivated team.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, partners) and handle contracts/agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws/regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on business status, challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• Proven experience (3‑7 years) in a managerial or leadership role with broad operational scope.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, monitoring performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work in a dynamic business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple functions, build teams, and drive change.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
