Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our construction division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales growth, project monitoring, and team management to ensure the smooth execution of all construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor all ongoing construction projects from start to completion.
Lead and motivate the sales and project teams to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients for smooth project flow.
Prepare progress reports and provide performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction sales, project monitoring, and team handling.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan, execute, and supervise multiple projects.
Must be Ernakulam-based (preferably from Perumbavoor or nearby areas).

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Salary : 30k - 35k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
