We are looking for a skilled General Manager with 12-18 years of experience to lead our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the hotel or restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and increase revenue.
Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and training as needed.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other hospitality software.
