General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations ensuring impeccable guest service and operational efficiency.
Maintain brand standards and
uphold Japanese hospitality principles
in every guest interaction.
Build and sustain strong relationships
with long-stay and repeat guests, ensuring personalized service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team to deliver exceptional experiences consistently.
Drive revenue performance through strong guest relations, brand positioning, and repeat business.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.
Collaborate with Culinary, Spa, and Service teams to curate authentic experiences aligned with Japanese sensibilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field.
1215 years of experience in upscale or business hotels, including 23 years as Unit Head/Hotel Manager.
Proven ability to work with Japanese clientele
; knowledge of Japanese Culture / Language would be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, guest engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Passion for Japanese culture and hospitality standards.
