About the Role

General Manager

As a key member of the executive team, you will provide strategic direction, drive business performance, and cultivate a high-performing and collaborative organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate senior management and operational teams.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and operational best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and present business performance reports to the Board and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in general management, operations, or business development.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in
