General Manager – Switzerland Location: Zurich / Geneva / Basel, Switzerland (Hybrid or On-site) Department: Executive / Operations Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Board of Directors / CEO About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations in Switzerland. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including strategy, operations, finance, sales, and team management, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. As a key member of the executive team, you will provide strategic direction, drive business performance, and cultivate a high-performing and collaborative organizational culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations. Lead, mentor, and motivate senior management and operational teams. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards. Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Implement process improvements and operational best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Prepare and present business performance reports to the Board and senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in general management, operations, or business development. Proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Fluent in English ; German and/or French is a strong advantage.
