As the General Manager Sales and Marketing at Ueir Organic Foods, you play a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity, marketing strategy, and business growth. Your responsibilities span across various key areas to ensure the success and expansion of the brand. **Role Overview:** In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand identity of Ueir Organic Foods. Your focus will be on creating impactful marketing campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand story across different platforms, and developing content strategies that resonate with customers on an emotional level. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Brand & Marketing Leadership** - Develop and enhance the brand identity and customer positioning. - Lead high-impact marketing campaigns across various platforms. - Ensure consistent storytelling across retail, cafes, D2C platforms, and social media. - Create content strategies that foster emotional connections with customers. - Monitor key brand health metrics such as awareness, recall, sentiment, and trust. - **Business Growth & Strategy** - Craft and execute marketing and growth plans on a quarterly and annual basis. - Drive revenue targets for both retail and online channels. - Coordinate with various teams for successful product launches. - Utilize data to scale successful campaigns and products. - **Online & Retail Sales Oversight** - Align marketing and sales strategies across different channels. - Support retail teams with footfall generation campaigns and enhance in-store experiences. - Implement conversion-focused marketing strategies for online channels. - **Business Planning & Financial Forecasting** - Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to plan marketing budgets and revenue projections. - Track key performance indicators such as CAC, ROAS, and online/offline sales contribution. - Ensure profitable growth while maintaining a focus on unit economics and operating margins. - **Team Leadership & Collaboration** - Build and manage internal marketing teams, agencies, and partners. - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. - Set clear KPIs for teams and drive accountability through regular reviews. **Qualification Required:** - 8-15 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Growth roles, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or Retail sectors. - Proven track record of scaling brands and revenues through digital and retail channels. - Strong understanding of brand-building and data-driven marketing. - Experience in managing P&L, sales forecasting, and marketing budgets. - Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and agency partners. - Passion for organic, sustainable, and clean food movements is a strong advantage.
