Job Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in-store with warmth and professionalism. Provide expert knowledge on organic products including millets, oils, ghee, and daily staples. Guide customers on product selection based on health needs, cooking preferences, and lifestyle. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and replenishment of stocks. Handle billing using POS software and manage cash/UPI/card transactions accurately. Track daily sales and assist in achieving monthly sales targets. Resolve customer queries with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Assist in in-store events, sampling activities, and visual merchandising. Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing offers, new arrivals, and product benefits. FMCG Food & Grocery ✅ Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (FMCG or organic foods preferred) Education: Min. 12th pass. Graduation preferred. Skills: Strong communication in Tamil (English is a plus) Customer-first attitude Energetic, polite, and presentable Sales-driven with basic knowledge of billing systems Willing to work weekends and retail store shifts
