Retail Sales Executive (FMCG)

With a strong retail and e-commerce presence, we offer groceries, fruits & vegetables, millets, cold-pressed oils, A2 ghee, jaggery, and more — promoting healthy, conscious living. Roles and Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly; understand their needs and guide them through our organic product range. Actively promote and upsell products including organic groceries, fresh produce, millets, oils, honey, noodles, etc. Ensure excellent customer experience through product knowledge, service, and personal attention. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of shelves and displays. Handle POS billing, daily sales reports, and inventory tracking. Manage online order pickups/in-store packaging when required. Handle customer feedback or complaints and escalate issues when needed. Participate in in-store campaigns, sampling activities, and special sales events. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and store KPIs. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in retail/FMCG/organic store sales. Strong communication in Tamil and basic English. Passionate about healthy and organic food culture. Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-first attitude. Basic knowledge of billing software and retail operations. Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts. Preferred Candidates: Experience working in organic or specialty food stores.
