Job Description

Greet and assist customers with product selection, promoting store products and brand values. Provide detailed information on products such as benefits, usage, and nutritional value. Actively drive in-store sales to meet monthly targets. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and clean. Conduct tastings and demos for new or key products to boost conversions. Handle POS billing, manage cash/card transactions accurately. Maintain records of daily sales and customer feedback. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO). Build strong rapport with regular customers to enhance customer retention. Stay updated on all current offers, product knowledge, and seasonal promotions. Requirements:1-3 years of experience in retail/FMCG sales (organic/natural food experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to upsell and cross-sell products confidently. Customer-focused mindset with a pleasing personality.
