Job Responsibilities:Retail Outreach & Sales: Visit local retail shops, supermarkets, Kirana stores, and modern trade outlets to pitch and place Surtiflavour products. Lead Generation & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, or resellers in target zones. Build a daily/weekly lead pipeline. Product Placement & Merchandising: Ensure products are attractively displayed, correctly priced, and placed at eye-level or high-conversion zones in stores. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchase decision-makers to drive repeat orders. Sampling & Demos: Organize product sampling campaigns in stores or public places to generate interest and attract new customers. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, conversions, orders placed, collections, and feedback in CRM or tracking sheets. Market Intelligence: Collect competitor data (pricing, schemes, product launches), customer preferences, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. Upsell & Cross-sell: Suggest suitable product combos, gift packs, or high-margin SKUs to maximize average order value. Requirements:Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG/field sales, preferably with food or ready-to-eat brands. Education: Minimum 12th Pass. A diploma or certification in Sales/Marketing is a bonus. Skills: Strong verbal communication in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus). Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing retail deals.
