Job Summary: The General Manager (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall sales and marketing strategy for RA Construction. This role will require a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to lead and motivate a large sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with the company's strategic objectives. Lead and manage a team of 50+ sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets. Recruit, hire, and train top-performing sales talent to build a world-class sales team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive brand awareness. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring maximum profitability for the company. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that RA Construction remains competitive. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in Sales and Management (experience in real estate sales is preferred but not necessary ), with at least 5 years of experience in management Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends. Proficiency in using CRM and other sales and marketing tools. Age: 30-40 Behavior: Professional, ethical, and results-oriented. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience: Should be able to handle a sales team of 150 people. Benefits: Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
