About the Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Cardio-Diabetic division
  • Lead and mentor a large field force including Zonal/Regional Managers and Marketing Teams
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns, brand plans, and product positioning strategies
  • Drive product lifecycle management and new product launches
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) for effective go-to-market execution
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, ethical practices, and company values across all operations
  • Represent the BU in internal leadership forums and external industry events



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Science; MBA in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in pharma sales & marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role in the Cardio-Diabetic segment
  • Proven track record of delivering strong business results
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
