General Manager Sales Marketing

As a General Manager - Sales at Supernova Engineers Limited in Mumbai, you will be responsible for leading and generating sales from a designated region for LHP/MHP/HHP Diesel Gensets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Approaching potential clients for new business and establishing new customer relationships. - Maintaining relationships with existing customers. - Planning sales and marketing strategies. - Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. - Reviewing user requirement specifications shared by clients. - Conducting client site line surveys to check product feasibility. - Understanding and interpreting customer requirements with the technical team. - Preparing technical and commercial proposals. - Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions. - Preparing and releasing work orders to all team members. - Providing updates to customers about new product developments. - Coordinating pre and post activities regarding exhibitions. - Coordinating with clients and the service team for new installations and post-implementation product support. - Collaborating with clients and account teams related to commercial activities. - Providing updates to customers about new product developments. Required Candidate Profile: - Candidates with experience in selling DG sets of high horsepower will be the ideal fit. - Candidates with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sales of DG Sets/electrical equipment/mechanical equipment/capital equipment will be preferred. - Preference will be given to candidates with contacts with dealers/consultants/architects/HVAC consultants/real estate companies/industries/freelancers, etc. Educational Qualifications: - Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Science/Engineering field. - Candidates with an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute will be preferred.
