Job Title: Manager - Medical Affairs About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Affairs Manager to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will be the scientific bridge between the company and the healthcare community, playing a key role in driving evidence-based communication, stakeholder engagement, and supporting cross-functional medical initiatives. You will lead the scientific dialogue, manage KOL engagement, and contribute to the planning and execution of medical strategies that support our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Provide regular scientific updates and ensure accuracy in all scientific content shared with the marketing team. Review, approve, and guide all scientific communications for internal and external use. Generate and evaluate ideas for new products or new therapeutic indications. Lead the conceptualization and execution of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement strategies. Manage interactions with external experts across core therapy areas. Address medical inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring evidence-based responses supported by scientific data. Organize and conduct scientific meetings, round table discussions, and other medical education events. Engage in scientific discussions with HCPs to gather insights and build relationships. Capture and share insights gained from HCP interactions to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align and implement medical affairs initiatives. Qualifications M. Pharm or equivalent advanced degree in a life science-related discipline. 8–12 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. Required Skills Strong scientific acumen and knowledge of therapeutic areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in KOL management and medical communications. Ability to translate complex scientific data into actionable insights. Experience in organizing scientific events and educational programs. Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience. Preferred Skills Exposure to multiple therapy areas. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines for promotional and scientific materials. Experience in digital medical education platforms or tools.
