Job Description

Role Overview: As a senior sales leader in the industrial real estate sector, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth by leading sales strategy for various industrial properties such as industrial parks, warehouses, plots, and commercial assets. You will be expected to develop strong client and channel relationships and work towards achieving ambitious sales and leasing targets. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement sales strategies for industrial real estate projects including land, warehouses, factory spaces, and industrial plots. - Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, institutional clients, logistics firms, and manufacturing companies. - Lead a sales team and channel partner network to maximize project sales and leasing. - Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, consultants, and brokers specializing in industrial real estate. - Collaborate with project, legal, and CRM teams to facilitate smooth deal closures and ensure client satisfaction. - Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and offer strategic recommendations on pricing and positioning. - Represent the organization in client presentations, industry expos, and corporate meetings. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team. Qualification Required: - Graduate/MBA with 10-15 years of proven experience in industrial real estate sales. - Strong network with corporates, investors, channel partners, and industrial brokers. - Expertise in land/industrial asset sales, warehousing, and leasing transactions. - Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. - Solid understanding of industrial real estate laws, compliance, and market dynamics.
