Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Nagercoil. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include strategic planning, overseeing of operations, inventory & compliance, budgeting, and liaison with stakeholders. This role requires leadership in driving both local and international market penetration, while improving operational efficiency and achieving business growth objectives. The candidate should be a graduate. MBA will be preferred . Minimum 15 years of experience in any big food processing industry in general management position or at least in operations. Excellent communication skills in English is a prerequisite. The candidate shall report directly to MD of the company Good salary , Company accommodation and company maintained car will be provided to the right candidate.
