General Manager

You will be working as a General Manager - Automobile Sales at Poddar Car World Pvt. Ltd., an authorized dealership of Maruti Suzuki, located in Jalpaiguri. In this full-time, on-site role, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading the sales team towards achieving revenue targets. Your daily tasks will involve supervising sales staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports. In addition, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership, possess a strong understanding of Automotive Sales and Dealership Operations, and demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, will be crucial.
