As the Business Head overseeing the financial services division of the company, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth in the retail banking and fintech sectors across India, the Middle East, and South Asia. Your key focus will be on spearheading the sales of cutting-edge technology solutions that deliver tangible business benefits to retail banks and fintech firms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting retail banks and fintech companies in India, South Asia, and the Middle East. - Articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions to retail banks and fintech enterprises. - Provide valuable market insights to drive solution innovation. - Formulate a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and roadmap for the company's offerings in the retail financial services sector. - Drive global sales of the company's AI solutions for Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Lifetime Value Management, with a specific focus on India, the Middle East, and South Asia. - Lead the entire Sales Cycle from lead identification to deal closure and contract finalization, collaborating with the Business Head and Global Sales Head. - Cultivate relationships with top-level executives and tailor a compelling sales pitch tailored to the BFSI market. - Establish strategic partnerships or channels as needed to capitalize on specific opportunities. - Stay abreast of the latest industry trends in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation. Qualifications Required: - Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling technology solutions to retail financial services entities like Banks, Insurance companies, and Fintech firms in the Middle East and South Asia, including India. - Proven track record in selling enterprise solutions related to Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Data Management, and Customer Analytics. - Strong network and relationships with C-Level executives of major banks and Fintech companies in the region. - Ability to build and lead a high-performing BFSI sales team. - Proficient in negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring sustainable terms and conditions. - Well-versed in the latest industry trends shaping the financial services landscape.
