General Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee operations in our textile manufacturing and retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end operations, and driving profitability while ensuring high standards in product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of textile manufacturing and retail outlets. Plan and implement business strategies to achieve targets for sales, production, and profit. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. Coordinate with production, design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across retail locations. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Develop and mentor mid-level management and team leaders. Lead expansion plans and identify new market opportunities. Build relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Requirements : Proven experience in a senior management role in textile manufacturing and/or retail. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and supply chain management. Experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Good understanding of customer behavior and retail market trends. Ability to manage multiple business units and teams. Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
