Job Description

Role Overview

The Delhi General Manager will be responsible for:

  • Running daily operations
  • Leading a sales & support team
  • Managing client interactions (India → Dubai coordination)
  • Hitting monthly revenue targets
  • Ensuring smooth communication between India & UAE HQ
  • Building the Delhi branch into a high-performing unit

This role requires someone who understands business services, client relationship management, and team leadership — and can represent ReCorporate with confidence and quality.

Key Responsibilities1. Team & Office Management

  • Build and manage the Delhi sales and support team
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance
  • Ensure strong follow-up culture
  • Maintain a professional, high-energy office environment

2. Sales & Revenue Handling

  • Drive inbound & outbound sales for UAE business setup services
  • Ensure consistent monthly closures
  • Guide team on pitching Free Zones, Mainland, Visas, Packages
  • Collaborate with Dubai HQ for fast proposal turnaround

3. Client Handling & Relationship Management

  • Meet clients, explain UAE company options, answer doubts
  • Coordinate calls between clients and Dubai consultants
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and communication until handover to Dubai

4. Process & Operations

  • Make sure inquiries are handled quickly
  • Improve sales scripts, follow-up standards, and conversion rates
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to Dubai leadership
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and documentation accuracy

5. Business Growth

  • Expand the Delhi team based on performance
  • Develop partnerships (agents, introducers, corporates)
  • Represent ReCorporate at events, seminars, and business communities

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have:

  • 5–10 years of sales or operations management experience
  • Experience growing and handling teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of business services
  • Confident in pitching high-value clients
  • Ability to manage performance and handle pressure

Preferred:

  • Experience in Trading CRM or fintech sales
  • We strongly prefer candidates who have prior experience in Forex Brokerage industry (trading technology, prop firms, FX/CFD brokerage) or ReCorporate’s industry (UAE business setup, Corporate Services, Banking Services). Candidates from these sectors will be given top priority due to their ready understanding of our clients, processes, and business models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
