Job Description

Role Overview: As a General Manager Operational Risk/ Enterprise Risk Management/ Business Risk Management, you will play a crucial leadership role in the FMCG or Retail industry in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations, optimizing processes, leading a team, engaging with clients, and ensuring efficient trade promotions with compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain efficient processes for promotion planning, execution, tracking, and compliance. - Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles. - Lead a large team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative culture. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, develop strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions. - Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, preparing and delivering regular reports on trade promotion performance. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in FMCG or Retail industry. - Educational Qualification: MBA Finance. - Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Proven experience in operations management and process optimization. - Client-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset. - Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. - Knowledge of FMCG or Retail industry trends and best practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for data-driven decisions.
