General Manager

Position Title:

Role Summary

The General Manager Manufacturing will lead the end-to-end manufacturing operations of SRG Power Control Systems. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and aligning manufacturing strategies with organizational goals. The GM will oversee plant operations, workforce management, supply chain coordination, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and safety.

• Operations Management

• Oversee daily plant operations including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing principles and cost optimization.

• Quality & Compliance

• Maintain compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Implement robust quality assurance systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

• Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

• Supply Chain & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Build strong vendor relationships to support production needs.

• Financial Oversight

• Manage budgets, cost controls, and capital expenditure planning.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in power control systems or related ELECTRICAL PANEL BOARDS manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.
