General Manager – Real Estate (Admin & HR Exposure) Our fast-growing real-estate firm is seeking a dynamic General Manager with strong exposure to Administration and Human Resources. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of critical support functions. Key Responsibilities - Manage the Administration team, overseeing facilities, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and general office operations. - Lead core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. - Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of corporate governance. - Responsible for effective coordination with the Residential Welfare Association and providing resolutions for customer issues, ensuring high-quality customer care. Ideal Candidate - Proven experience handling both Administration and HR portfolios. - Strong language skills (both written and verbal) in English and Tamil.(Knowledge in Hindi would be a added advantage) - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and management skills.
