Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for a General Manager to oversee and manage the overall operations of our Calicut branch. This position is a hybrid role requiring strong expertise in Human Resource Management and Branch Administration. The ideal candidate is both a people leader and an efficient administrator.

Key Responsibilities HR Management

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staff records.
• Ensure compliance with academy HR policies and labour norms.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff welfare initiatives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and training follow-ups.

Branch Operations

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the academy.
• Ensure smooth functioning of classes, student coordination, and front office activities.
• Maintain a clean, disciplined, and professional environment.
• Liaise with the head office for reporting, support, and compliance.

Team Leadership

• Motivate and guide trainers, coordinators, and support staff.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
• Solve operational or student-related issues efficiently.

Reporting & Performance

• Maintain student admission, attendance, and fee records.
• Track branch targets and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Suggest and implement operational improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (HR/Operations/Branch Management).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, basic tech tools, and email.
• Age limit: Up to 35 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
