General Manager

Role Overview: As a General Manager at our newly launched hotel property, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations. Your role will involve overseeing all facets of hotel operations to ensure seamless daily administration and management. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards to guarantee outstanding guest satisfaction and lead a large, diverse team across various departments. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing and implementing operational systems, processes, and procedures for the new property to ensure efficiency and consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure smooth daily administration and management. - Guest Experience: Maintain high service standards across all departments for exceptional guest satisfaction. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc. - System Development: Establish operational systems, processes, and procedures for the new property to ensure efficiency. - Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial performance, and revenue strategies to achieve profit targets. - Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. - Event Coordination: Oversee operations for special events, banquets, and meetings held within the property. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 6+ years experience in a senior hospitality management role. - Proven leadership in managing large teams and multiple operational areas. - Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of Kannada and any other language is advantageous. - Immediate availability as an immediate joiner. - Highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to developing innovative operational systems.
