General Manager

You are an energetic, dedicated, and experienced General Manager sought to lead the day-to-day operations of our newly launched hotel property. As a hands-on leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, you will be responsible for setting up systems that ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. The property features 36 rooms, 8 villas, two restaurants (1 outdoor, 1 indoor), 2 banquet halls, 1 boardroom, a lawn for events, a swimming pool, and other guest facilities. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all facets of hotel operations, maintaining high service standards for outstanding guest satisfaction, leading and managing a diverse team, establishing operational systems for efficiency and consistency, managing budgeting and revenue strategies, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating special events, banquets, and meetings. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a senior hospitality management position, proven leadership in managing large teams and operational areas, fluency in English and Hindi, immediate availability, and a high level of motivation to develop innovative operational systems.
