We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager with 5–10 years of proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, including sales, marketing, project development, leasing, and property management. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day real estate operations
• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth
• Supervise sales, leasing, and development teams
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and ROI
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in real estate management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of property laws, market trends, and real estate operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
