Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to oversee the general administration, daily management, human resources, and maintenance of Trust properties. The GM will also work on leveraging income from these properties to support the Trust's objectives. This top-level position requires strong leadership to translate the Trust’s vision into actionable strategies, plans, policies, and budgets.

The role requires experience in government liaison and a solid understanding of legal processes to effectively manage property-related matters and ensure compliance with all applicable laws. The General Manager will also focus on enhancing employee engagement and fostering a culture that promotes ethical practices, integrity, and social responsibility. The role involves broad responsibilities, including overseeing legal matters and providing strategic insights in litigation scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership to implement the Trust's goals and objectives

-Liaise with government authorities to facilitate smooth property and legal processes

- Manage the administration and maintenance of Trust properties

- Lead human resource functions and daily operations

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and coordinate with external legal teams

- Foster a positive organizational culture and improve employee engagement

- Develop and manage budgets to support the Trust's objectives

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Master’s degree in business administration, law, or related fields from a recognized institution

- 7 to 10 years of managerial experience in a professional setting

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Effective leadership and time management abilities

- Experience handling legal matters and working with legal professionals

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

Remuneration:

A competitive consolidated salary in the range of ₹18 to ₹24 lakhs per annum, based on qualifications, experience, and potential. Opportunities for career growth are available.
