General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General manager to lead the company’s overall strategy, operations, and growth. The Manager will be responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening supplier relationships, driving sales performance, and building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s short-term and long-term business strategy
• Lead import operations, supplier negotiations, and international partnerships
• Drive sales growth, market expansion, and dealer network development across India
• Oversee finance, operations, compliance, and risk management
• Build, mentor, and manage senior leadership and sales teams
• Ensure strong brand positioning and customer satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Leadership role
• Strong background in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial products
• Experience in imports, international sourcing, and Indian market distribution
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of Indian regulatory and business environment
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
