We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Service Engineer to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in industrial equipment and machinery. This is a hands-on field service role requiring technical proficiency in both mechanical and electrical disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery and electrical equipment at client sites. Diagnose faults in mechanical systems (pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics) and electrical components (motors, relays, panels, sensors). Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Respond to service calls and provide timely on-site support to customers. Conduct system testing and performance verification after service or repairs. Train customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of machinery and systems. Prepare accurate service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal and client use. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a similar service engineering role. Strong hands-on experience with mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, mechanical assemblies). Solid understanding of electrical systems including motors and control panels. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel locally as required. Valid driver’s license.
