Job Details:
Fastech Machinery is looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecaller who can engage potential customers over the phone and provide product details. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients, customers using provided contact lists or databases.
2. Introduce our products/services, provide relevant information.
3. Record accurate and detailed notes of conversations, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize calling strategies and achieve collective goals.
5. Continuously strive to improve communication skills and product/service knowledge.
