Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Monitor performance metrics, pipeline progress, and daily productivity to ensure consistent team output.

Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Collaborate closely with marketing, academics, and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and student onboarding.

Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including CRM management, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Work with leadership to forecast revenue, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.

Handle escalations and complex customer interactions when required.
