Job Summary General Manager - HR Operations Business Process Services Solutioning and Pre Sales Responsibilities Lead the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes across India the United Kingdom and the United States. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR ABAP systems to enhance operational efficiency. Provide strategic direction and support for HR transformation projects to align with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to standardize operations and improve employee experience. Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage employee relations and provide guidance on complex HR issues. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll benefits and other HR-related transactions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery. Support the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services. Provide training and development opportunities for HR team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR operations. Qualifications Must have extensive experience in HR operations across India the United Kingdom and the United States. Must possess strong technical skills in HR ABAP. Should have a proven track record in HR transformation and program management. Experience in analytics and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage day shifts effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Should have a deep understanding of local HR regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
